How does the course work?

The course's length is one hour. The coach train two people at a time, ie around fifteen employees per day.
The training includes 40 minutes of immersion and 20 minutes of debriefing with the coach in order to answer questions or go over certain procedures if necessary.
Following the course, attendees will have access to the Post Learning. Built on the recurring sending of short content by e-mail, its objective is to reinforce knowledge and deepen certain theoretical aspects.

Is it a certifying course?

The training from D'un seul Geste aims to bring awareness on rescuing procedures "GQS". We issue the corresponding certificate, endorsed by the Ministry of the Interior.
It does not replace OHS training which only concerns a small proportion of employees. The goal of D'un seul Geste is to train as many people as possible in first aid procedures in accordance with Government objectives.

Where is the course happening?

The training takes place in the DreamAway spaces in Lyon, Lille and Clermont-Ferrand. It is also possible to take the training within your premises.

Are the coaches professionals?

Our coaches are first aid training professionals. They have significant experience as firefighters and / or are first aid trainers (OHS / "GQS").
